Some of the people you may be sending messages to might be getting messages from several other people. If you\u2019re beating around the bush, or taking too long to say what you want, they may pass you over without a second thought. Tell people that you\u2019re interested in what you\u2019re looking for. Be honest about it. You\u2019ll have to work just as hard online as you would if you were in person. In fact, some people might argue that you have to work even harder.
